1、 客怨、客訴的反饋及NCR的處理 To collect and follow up customer’s complaint and NCR;
2、對質管系統分析予以改進；To make analysis of QMS to improve;
3、協助管理者代表/QA經理內部QMS日常運作管理及變更審核To assist quality management representatives or QA manager to run internal QMS and QMS documents modification or updating
4、協助管理者代表/QA經理內部審核、管理評審/to assist quality management representatives or QA manager to organize and execute internal and external audit
5、內部質量改善及供應商質量改善Internal QC improvement, supplier improvement;
6、月度質量數據統計分析及日常工作Monthly QC data analyse and daily QA job
7. 部分售后支持工作。Part of support job of after sales.

1、本科以上學歷，有機械行業背景知識。Bachelor degree at least, with Mechanical field background;
2、了解ISO9001質量管理體系。 Understand ISO9001 quality management system;
3、至少1年以上體系工作經驗；At least 1 years experience in this filed;
4、有內審員培訓經歷；With internal auditor training;
5、良好的英語口語及讀寫能力。Good written & oral English, can be used in work.
